itDJ can't find my iTunes library
If you recently updated iTunes on your Mac, and itDJ can't load your iTunes library at all, the issue is going to be due to a new setting in iTunes 12.2 where you can choose whether to "share" the iTunes Music Library.XML file with other applications, and to fix it, please follow the steps below:
If you still can't get your iTunes library to load in itDJ, please close and reopen itDJ and try once more.
- Open iTunes.
- Open iTunes Preferences by pressing command-comma.
- Click on the Advanced tab of iTunes Preferences (far right).
- Check the box to "Share iTunes Library XML with other applications".
- Close iTunes Preferences and try using itDJ again.
